Our mission is to grow an ecologically sustainable business and improve the livelihoods of the communities we source our products.

Given, much of our business is dependent on products from the Natural Environment; we believe it is our duty and responsibility to help protect the environment we source our products. In the purchase of our raw products, we strive to ensure our suppliers are paid a fair price, so as to deter from harmful practices.


To continue to work in the spirit of togetherness to find enduring solutions that, ensure the peaceful synchronicity of people and nature.

Our guiding ethos is best expressed in the Somali proverb; “far keliya fool ma dhaqdo” which roughly translates as a single finger cannot wash a face. We believe in the power of togetherness and utilize this to increase sustainable management in the communities we work in. The Haji Hussain Group endeavors to promote a harmonious coexistence between people and nature.
